Drug Policy Alliance

To accommodate its expanding needs, the Drug Policy Alliance secured a 4,500 square-foot office space in midtown Manhattan. Starting with a raw space in an 1960s building, Leo J. Blackman Architects designed a complete fit-out in close conjunction with the not-for-profit’s priorities. Their program included private offices, open work stations, lobby, reception area, library, conference rooms and support spaces. The design succeeded in bringing natural light and exterior views into the center of the floor. A selective color palette enlivened the offices and subtly worked to help with way-finding. Our design services also included assistance with specifying and selecting all of their office furnishings, in addition to fixtures and finishes.
